Regarding the Angel that flies through the air during the Tribulation period, warning mankind not to take the mark of the beast:  How will this message be heard?  Is this literal and it will be heard from the sky?  Thoughts?

I believe it is literal. One rule of Bible study is that if the literal sense makes common sense then seek no other sense.

The key, when something is NOT to be taken literal is where the words "like" or "as" is used in describing the object - as, in this case, the angel.

So, how do you think people will hear this angel's warning?  Will everyone hear it as a spoken word or do you think it will be internally?

I believe the message will be primarily to the Jews, and the Jews require a sign (as if flying angels wasn't enough) - but the use of the spiritual gifts will be fully in use again and the lost will hear the gospel in their own languages, in spite of whatever language the angels speak.

Similar to Acts 2, where people were gathered from different countries - they all heard a single speaker - but in their own natural language.

Now, are there "specific" verses that categorically state these things? no (believe me, I have had some duzzy "discussions" with cultists that insist that there has to be some verse that say exactly what we claim (such as the fact that the words "trinity" or "rapture" is not found - but the concept is found as we consider the whole counsel of the Word of God.

I was more curious about the "method" of delivery than to whom it is directed, even though I believe it will be for all men.

I don't think that there are not very many people in the western world that has not heard about the mark of the beast.

I would guess that people will hear a loud sound as the Angel speaks and then the message will be as clear to them as if they had been spoken to personally, face to face.
